Tasting notes: A powerful and intense wine with an aromatic nose of white currant, capsicum and fragrant tropical fruit with a hint of thyme. Luscious ripe blackcurrant and lime flavours envelop the palate, which has a chalky texture. This is a pure and Sauvignon Blanc with a long, lingering finish.
