Tasting Notes: A distinctive blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes, aged in a oak casks. Dry Sack is bright amber in colour with a deep yet delicate nutty bouquet. On the nose, the dry fruit, raisins and carmelised sugar stands out. In the mouth it stands out for its balance between body and liveliness. Can be paired nicely with sweet desserts, nut based desserts and blue cheese.
